Suspension noise in morning, but goes away when car warm up?

Every morning, I'm greeted by a metallic noise on short, abrupt bumps on the left front corner. It's not a thud or a thunk and I can't feel it through the car, it's only a noise.

Best way to explain the sound? Take a quarter, hold against the surface of a laminate table with some pressure, and then push it quickly about a foot. It's not a clanging noise, but more of a yoke-ing noise.

I haven't hit anything hard recently, but I have done a brake check to avoid a deer. I don't know if that's what started the noise or not.

The worst part is that the noise is gone before I have a chance to really isolate it. The noise is gone after about a mile.

Any ideas on what this could be? I'm on stock suspension, my CABs are making a little noise and need to be replaced and the wheels haven't been taken off or rotated since the noise began.

I'll be replacing that in a few weeks when I put the new springs/struts on. Hoping that'll fix it all.
