Rear Camber Arm installation

Hey guys I have to replace my rear control arm, I was just wondering if this was difficult or if this is nothing more than what it appears to be: unscrew the old one, screw the new one, go get an alignment. Thanks for the help.

^as easy as you just stated. Just make sure you've got air tools or at least a good breaker bar as those bolts tend to be on pretty tight.

Should be easy to install but you can always go to your local shop and when they do an alignment they can install it for you, I watched the mechanic struggle trying to do my rear alignment lol

HELP!!!!!!! So i took off my old rear control arm, but there is no way to put the bolt through the new arm (the angles are odd and the sway bar seems to be in the way) Anybody got any tips or suggestions for me? Also, I was wondering if i could put it on the other way, ex: the bolt went in on the right side originally, can i put it through on the left side anyway? Does that change anything? Thanks

I wouldn't reverse the bolt if I were you. I did forget that you typically have to drop the rear sway bar to get those bolts in/out. It's really not hard and only adds another 10-20 mins to the install time.

Did you replace with aftermarket camber arms or just OEM arms?

OEM camber arms. THe problem with taking off the sway bar is that one of the nuts is stripped, so I cant get it off, not really sure what to do but Ill find out where i stand when i go for an alignment on MOnday. WHeres the best place for an alignment?

If your suspension is OEM and you just want an OEM alignment, any shop like Firestone, Midas, etc can do an alignment. Just shop around and don't pay anything over $70.
