did anyone have problem with the Stillen Camber kit...the upper arm control where the bolt/uni-ball are making loud squeaky noise when i turn the steering wheel? Called Stillen and bring to infiniti dealer they clean the whole thing but the noise still occur.

Stillen told me not to grease or spray anything on that part.





Anyways, im tired of bring to the stupid dealer, so I spray wd-40 and the noise is gone. wonder if that going to mess up the upper control arm?

 

Despite common belief wd-40's purpose is actually to remove moisture leaving a slick surface behind. It's alternately a common lubricant now. You might want to switch to a thicker automotive or industrial lubricant that will penetrate and stick longer unless you want to be lubing the control arm every couple days. As for harming the assembly you'll be fine, but depending on the noise you're experiencing you may want to either check the installation and or assembly itself. If it's a new install you shouldn't be hearing squeeking or grinding.
