Problem is it's so quiet, i'm not sure if i'm imagining a problem that is not there.
My car, beleive it or not, rides quiet and rattle free on the highway. So with the windows up, and radio off, all i can hear is feedback from the road.
My last tires were noisy as they wore out. These tires are quiet, but now I hear everything.
@ 60MPH if i let off the gas, i hear that whrring tire sound that you hear on vehicles with snow tires driven on the highway. Prob is i don't know if the sound is the tires, or something else? It's not too loud...you really gotta listen to it. If i have the sunroof popped up, or the heat blasting or the radio on volume 3-5, i can't hear it.
I rotated the tires, and it seems less now? Turning hard at speed doesn't change the sound. I have no idea what it is now. I wish i had another set of wheels to try
I don't want to take it to the dealer and have them tell me it's the tires. To be honest..i'm not quite convinced it's a wheel bearing anymore. Could be though.

Is there's someone in your area that can lend you a set of wheels for a few days? New tires sometimes complicate things.
When was the last time you had an alignment? If you have toe specs that are way off, it could cause the new tires to make a scrubby noise. Were your last tires feathering badly?

Car was aligned when I got these new tires. Wasn't really out of spec at all. They made minimal adjustments.
The last set of tires were run down pretty much to nothing. Wear was even, nothing out of the ordinary. They were noisy though at the end.
The new tires are mich quieter, but now I hear that low whirring.
The funny thing is I rotated the tires and now I don't hear it as much and the car feels smoother.
Wish I knew someone I could borrow tires from, but I don't know anyone else with a g35/350z
Had some people in my car last night....and they could barely hear the noise. I just think I'm being ****.
