messed up installing rear coils
I would call your local mechanic or even better the dealership, and hope they have a good solution for this. I'm sure this has happened to someone in the past, talk to someone that has dealt with this before, before doing anything. The torque spec for that bolt is very low 26 to 30 lbs.

fwwaackk chris! this sucks.
the best way to fix this would be drill the bolt out and replace it, but i dont know how hard it would be to replace since the bolts are in the frame.
take it to a shop and see what they say

There is at least one more thread about this issue on my350z, I just can't find it atm. Good luck dude, I almost had a similar problem to you with that bolt and I was going to go crazy.

Like some said, just drill it and try using a torque wrench next time. I also recommend doing it yourself, I snapped a bolt when I put my engine cover back on and a local shop quoted me $100 to drill the screw and take it out.
I did the same thing today changing my rear struts...damn it! I was hoping this bolt wouldn't be hard to get to or that it wouldn't be welded, but I guess this is my luck.
I haven't taken it for a spin yet and I probably won't till I can get this fixed somehow.
How did the OP ever get it out and replaced the bolt?
