Front end wobbling

I need some help identifying a problem. One friend says it's the strut and another says it's the tie rod end. Basically I can hear a noise anytime I go over a bumpy road, get on the highway or tap the breaks. I have a 2004 G-35X. When I get on the highway, it wobbles, I guess is the best way to describe it. I can find a way to do the work myself but I just refuse to get gouged by a chain shop for the $700+ they are wanting to replace struts. I have not been quoted a price on tie rod ends.

Thank you in advance!

I had a similar noise - kind of slight juddering coming from one of the corners - and it turned out to be a bad D-spec shock. Had to replace it and that solved the problem.
