Right side higher than left side

Hey, i noticed that even when not at an angle, the right side sits slightly higher than the left side. I am currently on stock suspension, and I am looking to lower my car on coils. is it safe if I balance it out with my coils?

Could the reason for the left side to sit lower than the right be due to the supension sagging from driving mainly without any passengers?

when ever I lower my car with coilovers, I always compensate the passenger side about 1/4 inch lower so when I sit on driver side the car would be even.
