Need some help: Tokico d spec shocks and eibach springs

im thinking of taking out the bc coils i have in my X sedan 2007 the ride is just not suitable for ny roads.

so here is the situation i cant seem to find any info on d spec shocks for the x and i know i wanna go lower than the eibach springs are saying they go, im currently at 26 1/2" from floor to fender all around. im trying to stay at that. so do i need to go with coupe eibach springs or the sportline? im just trying to get back to that smooth comfortable ride quality for my daily driver. adjustment really isnt the issue.

Coupe springs will definitely set you lower than the average sedan springs... There are a few people who've done it.. Kenny is running coupe springs..

Anything wrong with the BC coilovers?

Just use your OEM shocks or find another set of gently used ones and put some aftermarket springs on them...

ya thats not an issue i would go buy some new shocks from the dealer but the springs part is my baffle. i wanna keep how low i am now. eibach is only showing a 1.2" drop. im currently 26 1/2" from floor to fender. so not sure how much of a drop that is but i know i got less than 1 FINGER GAP all around. so im thinking its a 2" total drop. dont know what spring thats gonna give me that, plus im concerned about spring rates. i want comfort

I would go with the 350z tokico D shocks bc they drop the ride another .5" more than the g35 version.

bc coils sent me a new complete setup they want me to have them installed before i jump out of the suspension, to see if the shocks are blown. it was riding nice now it went back to the clunky hard ride it was when i first installed it. i didnt know that you can mix shocks from 350z i have an X i was told it wouldnt fit

Post in the V36 forum and see if anyone has been successful with aftermarket shocks.. Last I heard was that the G37 shocks were interchangeable with the G35's...

idk bc racing sent me out a brand new coilover setup with 8k springs in the front and 10k springs in the rear with all new struts to see if its maybe a blown strut. which that would be the third set in the rear im going through now and second set in the front. there gonna check the preload before they send then out and i should have them on monday. t hen im taking it over to TKX in huntington. vinnyten suggested i take it there.
