Painted stock calipers

I was thinking about painting my stock calipers; can any of you guys post up some pictures of painted stock calipers...or reasons why i shouldn't paint them. I'm not really looking to spend two grand on brembos...i just want cool looking calipers.

Thanks guys.

Tons of threads on this, please search. The general consensus is to get a BBK, no reason to attract attention to stock calipers. If you are set on painting them though do something like black, silver or maybe gold. Those colors will blend in well and not stick out too much.

Don't judge, this was before my drop... This is black, with a high-temp decal.

It's not a bad to paint your calipers/rotors to cover the dreaded rust. Only requires a can of brake cleaner/steel wool, masking tape and a can of high heat spray paint in black or silver. All of this list is available at most quality auto parts stores....even PepBoys! lol

Yeah, i used a high heat ceramic caliper paint...

It makes the calipers alot less noticeable from farther away.

you can see how they kinda just blend in there
