350z H-Tech or G35 Swift post experiences

As the title says I'm looking to get one of these two springs. What I'm wondering is if anyone has auto-x or track experience with either of these and could let me know how they perform. I'm not looking for a track monster, just making sure that whichever I get meets my needs. Thanks in advance!

this is old and I am not sure if you ever got your answer, but I can tell you not to go with the Swift springs for the G as they are too soft. go with the Swift springs for the 350Z or try RSR for the 350Z.

Ah, thanks for the input- I actually ended uP going with the Swifts, could be happier either. They offer me the perfect balance of what I'm looking for.
