BC Racing coilover vs Tein Flex w/ EDFC

HELP. Does anyone know how the Tein Flex coilovers compare to the BC Racing (aside from price), as far as ride quality, drop height, and functionality? I had my mind set on BC's until i came across a good deal on the Flexes w/ EDFC...and now im simply stuck. I can get the flexes used, roughly around the price of BC's new, but i dont want to be brainwashed into Teins name and high prices, while sacrificing overal ride quality, and functionality which is the most important to me. Inputs anyone?

Mind you...this is a daily driver as well. Im just looking to be steered in a direction i will be pleased with, and it be great to hear from those who have had both, or had or heard any experience with the tein flexs.

BC is by far better coilover when it comes to "bang for the buck".

But don't discount Stance, and Function & Form either. Similarly priced and Stance can be ordered with custom spring rates.

Bad things?

I have Tein Comfort with EDFC and it rides like a Lexus on soft settings. handles great.

I would say Stance > F&F > BC

as far as drop wise and bang for the buck

for the quality I would take the stance's for about 100 dollars more

but then again if you know people the bc's and stances come out to the same price

also this is confirmed from bc that if you want stiffer spring rates (default is 10/8) you need an extra piece of equipment from them so that also holds back people who know what to look for in coilovers

I personally would take the flex's between those two given they aren't super high mileage and nothing is wrong with them... I don't really get why everyone is talking about stances and f&f in this thread though...

because stances and f&f are more comparable to bc's than flex's

and btw the EDFC is really not THAT useful unless you are doing some serious driving at which point the decision would be obvious

True, but he said he could get flexes used to some unknown amount for the same price as bc's, and that was what the thread was created to ask about...
