you do realize they look EXACTLY like the ones on the website? one is red, one is yellow. Looks to me like they took the photo off the website and shopped the pic to be yellow.

Raceland has been selling adjustable coilovers for years for the sub $350 market. I'd be interested to know the spring rates and more info on them. For $300 it might even be worth it to give them a shot and see if they blow out instantly or work well...

You guys realize counterfeit products are big in china. They can make products down to the logos exactly and sell them as the real things. It's a huge problem.

Just because those coils are labeled as MDU does not mean they are. They can use their photos, they might even stick them in an MDU box and put a label on it, but they could very well be fake.

The quality is not the same. They buy bottom of the barrel metals. I have proven this at work when we purchase machines goods from Chinese machine shops. The material certs are fake. I've sent parts out for 3rd party testing and the steels don't meet the specs I call out for and are weaker and basically crap. I am really trying to keep the business in the US for this reason alone. Crappy materials, crappy workmanship, and shady business practices. He'll this one chinese company I deal with has the headquarters in the Caymans and it's set up like a resort. gee I wonder why? To try and lure business with generous offers?

Ok, guess i went off on a rant. If you want MDU coils, buy them from a true distributor. If you want to buy cheap Chinese crap off eBay and put them on your car....get a better job so you can buy higher quality parts.

Fake golf clubs on eBay is big. They sell them as the rear thing for half the cost. After about 10 whacks, the clubs break and then guys go to the manufacturer they think made the club and find out it's a fake. I'm on a few golf forums and this pops up all the time. Crap metals....bottom of barrel stuff. Just has to look good. Good luck chasing down some Chinese ebayer to get your money back....or filing an insurance claim if the strut fails and you have an accident.
