So guys I bought a set of low mileage revised 350Z springs for my G35 Sedan. I will be ordering new Bilsteins to go with them. While I am at it I will be replacing the front upper mounts with new ones.


Some front upper mounts are listed for 350Z, but not the G35. I am pretty sure both are interchangeable, but it baffles me why ones for 350Z are not also listed for the G35.

I know for a fact that 350Z mounts can be installed on the G, but are there any different? DO the Z ones sit lower, therefore not applicable for the G officially?

 

2003-2006 G35 sedan
2003-2007 G35 coupe
2003-2008 350Z

^all the above car's, no matter which version (sport, nonsport, touring, track ect) all you the same upper shock mount front and rear. I have every reason to believe that the "X" and FX (first gen of course) do as well.

Dust shield/bumpstop assemblies are diffent from the Z and G35.
