Springs for a Sedan with standard suspension

So I have a standard suspension (non-sport)... I wanna drop my car by about an inch so I was looking into 350z springs, but read it's not a good idea to get them with a standard suspension.

Do I have any choices for springs with a standard suspension or should i just go with an 04.5+ 350z complete suspension?

I believe the general consensus is that you can drop on then, but your shocks will die quicker.

you should just get struts/spring combo mounted together just plug and play from a low mileage 350z and it will be easier to put on will last longer and its going to cost probably 100 bucks more all around total which isnt alot if youre going all around

+1. The higher spring rate will put more strain on the shocks, but you will be ok for a while.

Ive had Eibach Pro springs on my stock shocks and struts for over a year, the shocks/struts will need replacing soon (Im at 78k), but I've had no problems at all. Prob not the most efficient setup but I have no complaints.

Find a complete used Z suspension with low mileage shocks/struts and springs. You can find them cheap on here or the Z forums. I suggest 04.5+ too because its revised rear springs are stiffer in the back and dont suffer from bouncing like the unrevised ones did.

For the Z suspension, do you just need the shocks/struts/springs or do you need the additional items as well (A-arms, toe arms, etc.)?

Does anyone know if the 07-08 350z suspension work on the G35 sedan as well? Everything I've been reading is about the 03-06...I have an 08 suspension I can pick up right now local.

I believe 08 350Z springs/shocks are still the revised one since 04.5+. I have the 05 revised springs/shocks and the drop is perfect. 1 in drop all around.
