Factory Brake Kit ?

Just picked up the whip today, came with these brakes. Dealer said it was stock brake package but im pretty sure its not. Anybody know anything about these ?

yeah thats what i figured. the dealer didnt have service history so kinda a bummer. Is that why its red also, I couldn't figure that out

calipers are stock rotors arent
