SPL Pro Solid Rear Diff Bushings - What gives?

I just received my SPL rear diff bushings. The box say SPL SDBS Z33. The description says:
Made in USA
CNC machined 6061 aluminum for precise fitment
Anodized to prevent galling
Reduce wheel hop, improve traction

They are black and look like hard rubber to me. I don't see any machined aluminum or anodized anything. In the pics on SPL's website the look anodized blue. There is one piece that is silver aluminum... I'm guessing that's the tool.

What's the deal? Anyone know? I just tried calling SPL but it's after hours and I'm impatient. I'm sure it's good... just doesn't fit the description of what I expecting.

Never mind... I think the black one are aluminum. They look like hard rubber but when tapping them on stone they sound like metal. Doh! I was hoping for the blue just cause I have a thing for anodized blue but I'll live. haha.

Absolutely. Huge difference especially with aggressive driving. I was surprised. I think it's an essential mod.
