Driving in a straight line at 40mph+ and turning the wheel to the right produces a viibration type sound(not actually vibration)in front passenger side. Going slow in a parking lock with wheel fully turned to the right or left produces no sound. Compression rod/ ball joint / tie rod? Anyone with direct experience of same issue or know most likely cause?
