Whiteline bushings installed

I had WL bushings installed yesterday:
Front-control arm inner and outer(shock mount)
Rear-shock mount and outer control arm(inner are coming in next saturday along with alignment)
It is quite labout intensive job, especially in the rear. Rear spindle had to be disconnected from all arms, axles taken out(take it as a chance to clean and re-grease axles to get rid of click). The only thing what left connected was brake cable.
Mechanic who did it used threaded grip(not even sure how this tool is called-looks like big "G") and big sockets to act as spacers. He drove the grip with air gun to push bushings out.
Total time-about 5.5 hours. I got a good deal hourly rate wise, because owner of the shop is my old friend.

Car feels great! I had a go in 2009 535 right before riding in my G-feeling of "tightness" is quite similar. No creaks from bushings and car feels more comfortable with my fresh and firm Buddy Club coilovers.

If you don't want to go for full set, fronts are a MUST on ageing G. Fronts are fairly quick-took only about 1.5 hrs to do.

Try another shop . I paid $330 for front AND rear. That was at $60/hour.

If shop has a hydraulic press, then it is 1 hour job.

I diy'd my front bushings in about 2 hrs (love my Harbor Freight press) with 120,000 miles the original bushings were done, made a huge difference.
