Confused about springs... 04 G35 coupe... searched as much as I could..

Sorry if this is a repeat but it should be a quick reply...

I have an 04 G coupe and I want to lower it slightly between .5-1"...

So i was wondering what springs to buy that wont mess up my specs etc.

I looked at the sticky but it doesn't say which springs are the best for my preferences...

So what are the BEST springs that I should buy for what I'm trying to do???

Thanks...

So after reading some more... im thinking G35 Tein S-techs or 350z Tein S-techs...

Which one should I go with? and I should wait about 2 weeks for alignment?

It all depends on what you are wanting out of your ride.
The drop on both the springs you listed are similar, but the Z springs have a higher spring rate.

The "best" spring is what fits your needs the best. Whats best for me isnt the best for the next person.

the 350z s techs are a larger drop than u'r looking for, and with either of those your going to need a camber kit to get you back into factory specs

You will definitely need camber kits with those springs. I just had a set of G S Techs put on my 04 coupe along with Tokico HP's. I also had front and rear SPC camber kits put on. Needless to say I needed both kits to get back to spec. I didn't get the shims put on in front so I have a bit of negative camber (1.5 degrees).

All you picked was a drop length, and if you look at the sticky you can clearly see each spring's drop. You need to take another look at the sticky, s-techs exceed what you previously stated as your desired drop.
