Wheels tire camberkit coilovers??? Im lost...

Alright, Im admitting it, im a noob. Im looking at either TSW Cadwell Gunmetals. I am going to go for the staggered fit but im unsure whether to go with 18s or 19s or what offset i need. Im wanting them just barely tucked. The stagger is 8 in front and 9.5 in the rear. Also, im wanting to drop it just enough to close the gap between tire and wheel well. But i absolutely DO NOT want the chance of it rubbing going around corners. My basic question is what coilovers should i go with and will i need a camber kit? Thanks a ton in advance.

Depends on if this is going on a coupe or sedan.

Most of the TSW wheels have a weak offset when it comes to a coupe.
If you are looking for an 8/9.5 stagger you will want an offset around 10 to clear with no rubbing issues (lower offset will look better and be flusher).
.
If you are looking to tuck the wheels then yes you will need coilovers.
F/R camber kits will help tire longevity(save from some camber wear). The bare minimum you will want is aftermarket toe bolts for the rear.
The rest is personal preference.

When i say tucked i mean i dont want them perfectly flush. I want them to set inside the wheel well... not actually up in the wheel well though.
