Control Arm Bushings for X?

So my front lower control arm bushings are bad, I want to replace the crappy stock ones with the nice polyurethane ones from Whiteline.

Does anyone know if these will fit the X? Im pretty sure the control arm itself on the X is different, but infiniti does not break these parts down to the bushings.

Do you think they would use the same bushings in the front control arm?

Thanks!

This question comes up quite a bit and nobody has ever answered it. From what I can tell, the only way to find out is to buy the bushings and see if they fit.

I'm considering ordering an entire front & rear kit from Energy Suspension. My only concern is that apparently they are noisy.

Nope, the ES kit is not noisy at all - just lube it up good as you install the bushings! I love mine on my coupe!

As far as fitment on the X, it's my understanding that there's no difference, since the arms are all interchangeable. However, I will not swear to that or offer any guarantee as to its accuracy, since I don't have an X to compare with.

Good to know on the noise. Did you install yourself or take it to a shop?

im pretty sure the arms on the X are different, esp. because there is a different part number from infiniti. But youd think theyd use the same bushings, why make different bushings?

The X uses steel radius arms, where the others use aluminum. They are geometrically the same, though. I'm pretty sure they are functionally interchangeable.
