Need help with a scraping issue...

I recently put on m45 19 in sport wheels with 30mm spacers all the way around. Had no noticeable issues until I added g35 h-techs and tokico hp blues. Now, if the road is bumpy/crappy or if I have people in the backseat (or even luggage in the trunk and hit a bump) I scrape.

I didn't think this would be a problem when putting all this together, but I was wrong. What can I do to fix it? I've searched but haven't really come to a good conclusion.

Cheers.

Sounds like you are rubbing (tire against the fender) vs scraping. You shouldn't be scraping anything on G H-techs that is barely a drop at all. Are you fenders rolled?

Look at your rear tires, is any of it getting peeled/shaved off? It is likely the outer face of your tire rubbing on your fender, roll your fenders and you should probably be fine. If not you are going to have to 1) live with it 2) stiffen up your struts 3) add negative camber.

If it is just your tire it is called rubbing, not scraping. Scraping is if you are really low and the bottom of your car is actually contacting ground.

You shouldn't be rubbing with a +20 on 8.5" You can run 25mm spacers on coupe wheels (+30 8.5") and not rub on stock fenders.

What year is your car? Your rear struts might be blown and you might be bottoming out in the wheel wells.

It sounds more like this^ but the I just replaced all the shocks (although the rears were used ....) so that could be the problem.
I'll look at the tires, although it sounds more like contact with metal (but I could be wrong). I know I am not scraping the car along the ground, it is more of when I go over a bump at speed the car is slamming down on something, if that makes sense.

I am running 19 in m45 wheels, 245/40/19 in the front and 255/40/19 in the back. And no, the fenders are not rolled. Will be the next thing I try though.
