Project MU Braking after Bed-In

My fellow braking experts. 2 weeks ago I purchased a set of Project Mu NS street pads and installed them on my used Stoptech slotted rotors to replace my horrid Centric pads which were leaving pad deposits everywhere causing pulsation. I did an intial bed-in of the Project Mu pads as soon as they were installed (2 normal pressure stops from 40-5mph, 6 hard stops from 60-15mph). When doing this I got the normal odor from the pads that is to be expected when bedding and the brake pad "softened" a little. I drove around for about 30 min at highway speeds to cool them without touching the brakes. The next day I noticed 50% of the pulsation is gone. Yesterday I went to do another bedding session, and all seemed normal. Now, when I press the brakes, it feels like the front rotors have grease on them, yet there is absolutely no pulsation, and there are random spots of pad material only on the front rotors, the rear rotors have the correct tint of blue as they should. Do you guys think I should just try the bedding procedure again, or do I need to get some scotch brite and remove the deposits?

So I am assuming you didn't turn the rotors since they were slotted. Usually when you use a fresh set of pads its a good idea to replace or turn the rotors to ensure good pad transfer. The pulsation probably means uneven pad transfer.
I would keep driving on them for a bit longer. Maybe as more of the mu brake pad embeds into the rotors that "grease" feeling might go away.
