front end help

I have a strange front end noise. When the car is below 12 mph. It happens everytime so no abs. I have replaced the front right wheel bearing and the break pads and rotors on the front..... Any ideas

What kind of noise, what else happens? it after the first initial startup? Because it could be the ABS Test that makes a noise

Well off the top of my head it could be your bushing if its a squeaking noise your are referring too.

It's kind of a grinding allmost feels like brakes are draging...but they are not....its all the time..not at start up.
