Need Warranty Help from Tokico Retailers!!

I bought 4 Tokico shocks/struts for my sister's car 4-5 years back. She never lowered her car, never got into a wreck, and I always maintained her car inpeccably for her. I now own the car and am done a bunch of work to it. However, I noticed the shocks/struts were in poor condition. I paid LightningMotorSports.com for 4 new HP shocks/struts and have pulled the old ones out. They are are all bad.
Can any vendor help me here if my sister doesn't have the receipts and never registered it. I cannot even remember the Ebay vendor we purchased it from, my sister says the shop doesn't even exist any more!

If someone can help me with the warranty on these, I will be the most loyal and grateful G-customer ever!!

It's a 2004 with 93K. I believe I had them put in 5 years ago (max), so they have been driven approximately 55k. My sister didn't drive much, I've put on 28K in 1.5 years.
We're both careful about speed-breakers and driveways. I had put in a steel under-body tray and it's hardly scratched, which testifies that the car has been driven gently...

The one thing is that as far as I remember, i got Tokico HPs. But while they are blue now, were they dark gray in color before? I know my new D-Specs are gray, were the old HPs the same color. I'm really confused and wished my sister could help us retrieve the info.

Thanks!

its gonna be hard with no reciepts. and kinda hard to prove anything such as u actually bought it new and are the original owner. companies kind of count on this kind of mishap so they dont have to honor the warranty. good luck!

Two things.
1) The Tokico HP's are, and always have been blue.
2) 55K miles puts the shocks near the end of their life span. 60k-80K is the life of most shocks, driving conditions can change that to longer or shorter.

What leads you believe that they are all blown?

Hmm, okay, didn't realize they were that close to the end of their life.

We must have gotten the D-Specs 5 years back too then...

The shocks offer no resistance, can be pushed in by hand. They have also "leaked" out all the fluid/oil?

I guess I can live with 5 years of service though.

Being able to compress them by hand is normal, but leaking isnt. An easy way to tell if they are toast is to push down on the car and if it springs up and stops your good, if it bounces then the shocks are toast.

Hmmm... I'm @ 110K miles... Installed D-specs and 350z revised springs @ about 15K miles... Suspension still feels solid (no bounce yet) as I have them set to 4 turns from stiff. Daily driver and central valley travel (between sacto and fresno) almost every other weekend for family visits. Hope they'll go another 100k before needing new springs and struts.
