Grinding noise coming from left rear brakes

This started out of nowhere sometime 2 months ago. I did nothing to the brakes nor removed the wheels at all until now. I took the wheel off 2 days ago to visually inspect everything and everything looked good, it seems that the pads are at about 50%

What happens is I hear a grinding/scratching sound at low speeds when "lightly" getting on the brakes or when coming to a stop from 35-40mph. Anything faster than that and I have to step on the brakes harder so I don't hear anything.

Here are 2 short videos I took at a parking lot, one is just cruising around it, the other video is driving down a street from 30mph to 0mph.

and at a parking lot, it almost sounds like some sort of spring, this is at low speeds moving around parking lots

Wheel bearing going out allowing movement in the wheel.

this sounds dumb but maybe bent dust shields rubbing on your rotors?

JUST a guess.. you can try bending it or just trimming it out..

Does the noise change when you play around with the e-brake while rolling?

Rotors rubbing dust shield?

I vote for a dust shield rubbing on the rotor. Pull the wheel off and spin the rotor. I had a small rock stuck in a caliper once, but you've had it apart enough to rule that out.

I doubt it.. if it was the dust shield dont you think it would be a constant rubbing not just when we're baking and coming to a stop..
