After replacing compression rod bushing is it necessary for alignment? The dealer replaced it and never aligned the vehicle and now my tires are toast. In the service manual does it call for one?

 

Worn compression rod bushings tend to affect the alignment. I know mine are affecting my caster @ the least. Your alignment should have been checked after the bushings were replaced. HOWEVER it shouldnt have killed your tires.
