Just got my all 4 rotors resurfaced and brake fluid flush at a local shop. I paid $139 plus tax, was this a good price, or did i get ripped off?

You paid a very fair price, less than most shops would charge.

Ok thanks. I also have to get my serpentine belts changed out, i was thinking about doing it myself, but they that shop quoted me $110 total, includes parts and labor to put them on. What do you think or anyone?

Belts are $40 for both, I charge $20 to install them. $60 for labor would he average for a shop. So they're about on par with the norm

I just paid $120 for turning 4 rotors on my wife's FX and $150 for her belts so I'd say your shop seems legit
