Should I lower? Sways?

Let me preface this with saying I have been searching for about two days on these topics.

I KNOW that I want less roll and perhaps a minor drop. I have a 05 Sport.

The confusion is should I do both drop and sways, since I don't want to drop $2K into a suspension setup. I don't want to drop too much since I have a 4pt GTSpec brace that I really like and don't want to be a debris snowplow on the surface streets. It's low now, but I don't really want to remove it.

Additionally, I will be buying a front SPC/Eibach camber kit - period. I'm sick of my inner front tire wear after replacing CR/Tranverse link bushings. My Conti DWs are dying a premature death.

What I have:
  • New KYB GR-2 shocks/struts (not installed the struts yet/3k on rear shocks)

I plan to buy:
  • SPC/Eibach Front Camber Kit
  • 350Z H-Tech Springs (picked b/c springrates are closer the my OEM sport rates than the G35 H-techs with similar drop)

BUT - will I need to add the rear camber/toe kit for a 3/4" drop - AND will a drop help reduce roll? Or should I just go with new sways?

Input welcomed; I'm hoping someone else will know. I don't want a punishing ride, just flatter cornering and maybe a bit of moar low

Don't expect too much from just springs. It does reduce roll but barely IMO.

I have Eibach PK and it's a comfortable ride.

Let me answer your questions this way, I'm dropped on Tein 350Z H-Techs and by checking my alignment I needed both front and rear camber adjusters to bring my alignment back/close to OE specs. Lowering your ride and adding sways will allow your G to corner flatter. I've got Stillen adjustable sways set on med. with SPL adjustable endlinks which allows my coupe to corner almost as flat as my wife's Vette. That help?

Did you have to get toe bolts?

How is the ride? I know what you mean about flat, my friends Z seems to barely roll.

Get the sways, those and a Motodyne plenum spacer will be the most noticeable mods (in relation to driving experience) and best bang for buck.

If you can do both -- why not.

If you do get z H Techs, you will need at least an SPC rear camber kit and toe bolts. The fronts will probably be just out of spec, but as long as you have the toe set to 0, you shouldn't have much extra wear on your tires.

Amen to that. One of the best "I can feel a big difference" mods.
