hitting arm on bumps?

hitting arm on bumps?

sup fellas,

im slammed all around with 10.5 rims with an agressive fitment, but im keep hitting something on bumps looks like an arm on the front wheel well, what can i do? do i need more spacers and camber?

if its the front tire thats hitting, you can pull out ur fender or more camber...if its the arm, i had that problem and i trimmed the plastic liner around the camber arm in the wheel well, problem was solved...

i honestly dont know, which arm but i do know for a fact what ever it hits, it curbed my rim from the inner side.

I think I know what you are referring too.

Its like when you drive at normal speeds and you see a bump coming up.. once your front end comes in contact with that bump and the car reacts to it, you get this loud knock/clunk noise right?

I have the same issue as well as my other friend with the same coilover setup. The think though is that I have SPC A arms while his our stock.. I have no idea what the sound is either but I know that I got the sound after installing the arms and lowering the car.

I remember reading a thread about this stating it was the upper control arm (A arm) hitting the upper wheel fender in the inside.

if you have spc front camber kit, it is known to "clunk" if you have them then run a search and there is plenty of topics on the issue.

yeah i just have the stock arms, no aftermarket
