I installed my Stance coils and SPC arms by myself. Easy install on both.
Nothing really major. Take your time, and be patient. The only slight trouble I had was jacking the suspension in order to take the end links off the lower control arm on the front suspension. It's a very slight opening to knock them out freely. Double check your work. Don't forget the small things, like the brake lines or the nut. Be careful when you release the stock a-arm or the SPC ones if/when you adjust them. Mine fell and chipped my fender paint off. I might recommend masking off your fender for a couple inches, I found my coils and stock suspension rubbing as I tried to maneuver them out/in.
Make sure you have blocks when you finally release and lower the car down - your jack might not be able to get out from underneath the car because of it being lower.
