Car at 73K, at what mileage should I check and replace suspension components?

My car has about 73,000 miles right about now. Since it has 19's, much like my last car,( a Maxima with 17's and sport suspension), the suspesnion has been sort of choppy since day one. At what should I check and see if my suspension needs to be upgraded? Thanks.
