My boot has a small torn close to the rack and pinion. Its like 1/2" big. Is leaking some oil. I checked my steering wheel fluid tank and its fine. Im wondering if i should replace the rack and pinion or the tie rod? Or just the boot? Anyone had this situation b4? Passenger side btw
