Does this look like a torn compression rod bushing?

Compression rods were $258.47 each and labor for both sides was $234 which is 1.8 hours. My taillight was $280 for one and labor was $130. They charged for 1 hour of labor on a taillight which probably took them 15 minutes to change. I already had it all taken apart for them. Plus tax and the total was like $1226
It's ridiculous if you ask me but thanks for that extended warranty. The compression rods fixed my vibration problem at highway speeds. Drives nice now.
