what causes the car to pull?

hi, i have done pretty much everything to fix this but it still pulls.

i have almost new pair of rear tires.
New front tires
ES lower control arm bushings.
Spl control arm bushing.
coilover.
New alignment. ( the cambers are even. Caster is good)

Problems i have on the car:
leaking rack n pinion.
Recently noticed bad ball joint boot on the left. (however the car has been pulling from long long time ago)
Front right side toe always gets off the spec easily compared to left. (by like .12 difference. )

Which parts can cause the pulling if they are bent?
Maybe the bad tie rod end ball joint thing can cause the alignment to go off so easily?

i really want to fix this. i almost want to sell the car because i can never fix it.
