Rotors for brembo calipers.

Hello.
Has anyone used the duralast rotors for brembo calipers or is there a better alternative?
This is my dd and not a track car.
Thanks.

I use autozone rotors on my G for street and track use. They hold up fine and have lifetime warranty so I replace them often. lol

Best advice, go to our MARKETPLACE under vendor brakes and look up DBA rotors they're the best I've ever used. Combined with my HAWK HPS pads, almost zero dust and amazing stopping power....Gary

I just bought the dba 4000 series got a excellent deal from Stillen on rotors and Hawks HPS racing pads. The Hawks pad I love, this will be my first time with these slotted rotors and all I've heard where good things.

Nothing wrong with autozone rotors...people have been running them for ages, obviously there are better options but for the price/something you can walk in and get in 5mins plus lifetime warranty (which is great, they'll replace just about anything for you) it is not a bad option.

autozone rotors are fine, or centric blanks if you feel like splurging.

Why do people recommend those like $180 rotors to someone who said he doesn't go to the track? unless you've experienced and are trying to minimize brake heat fade, go for the cheaper rotors.

I vote for DBAs and HAWK HPS pads for quality!

Better question,,,,^....why do some of us insist on quality parts? What's more important than having quality brakes and tires? What's between you and the road might save your life! I've owned cars in the past where the brakes failed on a hot SoCal August day or tires have failed and left me stranded, limping home sucks!

Centric premium blanks are excellent. Very high quality rotor for a very reasonable price. will stand up to a good amount of abuse on the street.

Ive already got the front brake hardware addressed since it was urgent. Id like to thank everyone who chimed in. This G i bough will need some work and i have to wait for the title since the seller had a loan on it but we paid it off at his title holder. Probably going to flush the differential with some Amsoil GL5 and maybe some redline MT-90 and MTL 50/50 for the gearbox.

Rotors are just pieces of metal, track guys use cheap ones on racetracks and they are fine. The problem really is just that the middle part that bolts to the hub gets rusty on cheap rotors because it's not coated. Looks ugly but still works fine.

Cheap blanks that are coated: Centric or www.r1concepts.com
Mid-price slotted: Power Slot
