Replacing/Overhauling Suspension

Good morning everyone!

I have an '05 6MT coupe with Tokico HP's in the rear and the original STOCK shocks in the front. I have 93k on the car(40k on rear shocks) and have just gotten an alignment. As a side note, the tire shop just recently put the rear size tire(which is slightly larger) on the right front wheel.

I was looking to replace the shocks and possibly any bushings that are prone to failure/wear to get the car back to handling like new!! I have searched this forum quite a bit and my understanding of suspension and the different components and bushings is still VERY rusty, so any input would be greatly appreciated as far as what needs replacing at this point and what can really be left alone!

Also, at about 75-80mph, there is a decent amount of vibration that I believe is coming from the right front of the car and has existed PRIOR to the new tire(the incorrect, larger size tire). I don't know what this can be attributed to but feel free to throw out any suggestions!

Thank you all for the help, in advance
