Exclamation Compression Rod Bushing ??

Ive been looking at post about what is the best thing to do aout replacing your compression rod bushing , But these post are all a bit old most being from 2011 . I was wondering if anyone finally came up with a good bushing that will last a long time and not create so much noise . Also im kind of leaning towards the Spl bushing has anyone here tried them out ???

whiteline - stiffer, will last, will only make noise when it gets cold...like <40F

SPL - tried it, made tons of noise, spl didn't offer a solution beyond rubber o-rings that made no difference, def improved steering and braking feedback though as well as reduced steering effort.

pick your poison...

Your third option is to use sedan bushings if you want to stick to OEM. Make sure to use bushings from a 2wd not the 4wd.

I thought sedan/coupe front suspension components were the same... sans springs/dampers...

DO NOT listen to this advice

expect the following with Energy bushings, as there is no play and the compression rod bushing is an articulating point and requires flex, which whiteline and SPL bushings as well as OEM all offer.

Energy bushings:

If you want SPL I'm having mine replaced Tuesday with OE bushings. I'll sell them for half of my cost plus postage. Honestly SPL bushings make your car sound terrible, going over the smallest crack on the street sounds like you going across rail road tracks.

I ordered OE bushing two days after installing and driving on the SPLs. Funny part I've had these in my garage for a couple years after reading all the issues members were having with the CRBs, today they're being replaced!
