May 30 tried to grease my sway bars found the rear sway bar cracked

Called Dean at Stillen (Stealin), he said he would not be able to do anything since I bought it second hand and I did not have the person's info who bought it... I found the e-mail of the person who I originally bought the sway bars from and got his information from him. I called Dean back and he told be the original buyer had to call and request the invoice. I had to call the original buyer and ask him to call and deal with Stillen's bs, he was a cool guy and did it for me. He call and requested the invoice I waited about 5 days and the invoice was still not e-mailed to me. So I called Stillen and I guess the person in charge of customer service picked up and I told him what happened and he said that is against our company policy. So they offered me a discount on another piece of **** sway bar
So I bought white line sway bars
Their company policy should be "Stealing your money"

It was less than 2 years old, maybe 20k miles total on it max.
I had bad experience with stillen as well..Dean is worthless and the sales manager (talks with a lisp) is no better loves to offer credit for returned parts..Obviously he doesn't realize people don't usually opt to by the same thing that just broke due to poor quality..Ill never do anymore biz with them in the future..Besides iv heard most of thier parts are made by no name subcontractors and they just stamp thier name on them...Loosing a lot of respect in the Nissan/ Infiniti community...
question: i've been looking for the warranty link, but all I could find was they only offer "limited warranty for as long as you own the vehicle."
Now, since it's second hand...I don't think they would replace since you're not the original owner.
Who knows if the original owner had a rough day at the track and pre-crack the sway bar while running of the course or hit a bump somewhere

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooo, lemme get this straight. You bought a used part from the not-manufacturer and wanted the manufacturer to replace the part that you bought second hand from someone else at a discounted price? Then, when they said, no, you complained that the manufacturer wouldn't replace the part for free that you didn't buy from them? Then they asked for proof that the part was theirs to begin with because you didn't buy it from them? Then, they confirmed that someone ELSE bought the part from them that was not you? Then, when they said "Well, sir that is not our customer but wants free ****, we'll give you a discount on these parts even though you didn't buy the part from us..." you still complained? Does that about sum it up? Cuz, from all that, it KINDA sounds like you don't understand how non-transferable warranties work. And if that's the case, you should probably stop buying cars and not be an adult.
