Revised Compression Arm info
so my compression arm bushings are torn and i need to replace soon. I have read all of the threads about the different brands of bushings that can be replaced on existing arm, but with 75k miles on a lowered G it sounds like replacing the whole arm inlcuding ball joint makes sense.
The question is: Since every aftermarket option seems to have issue and squeeking/ nvh and the original part obviously sucks: what is the best replacement compression arm?
There are some for cheap on rockauto.com but they may be crap:

There are also the REVISED control arms from infiniti:

Do they revised arms actually last longer? Are they the best option?
Any insight on this is appreciated. I don't want to keep replacing these as many seem to have to.

I was under the impression you could replace the ball joints separately but perhaps not... In any case I'd probably stick with the cheaper rock auto version and just focus on better bushings. I've got a bunch of SPL bushings that will be going in because they'll likely outlast me and I'm not overly concerned with comfort. Whiteline bushings are very good as well and smoother for daily driving. I wouldn't continue to use OEM bushings unless there wasn't another option.
I have no experience with the 'revised' or any other compression rod, still on the factory setup but that won't last much longer. I have used rock auto parts for my 4runner and I probably beat on that truck harder than the Infiniti and haven't ever had any issues.

whiteline is pretty good without being overly noisy. SPL is solid, but might be too noisy for you since that seems to be a concern.
If you really want oem ride quality, just go with the "revised" bushings. They should be better than what's on there now.

If I were you, get whiteline. It sucks to do once. remember to put soak the bushing end of the arm with penetrant overnight (use ALOT) and put antisieze on the shaft/bushing collar innerside to prevent future sticking.
