I might be going crazy but a few times now when I turn my steering wheel all the way to the left and then start turning it right I sometimes hear a spring "releasing" sound. Not sure how to describe it exactly but it sounds A LOT like one of those spring door stops when they get pulled to one side then released.

Other than that sound there is absolutely no other sounds coming from the car so I was wondering if anyone had a clue what it could be?

My car makes no popping, knocking, or creaking sounds when going over bumps or anything. In fact if it weren't for the exhaust you would think my car is electric that's how quiet it is.
