Four Wheel Brake Job Advice Please
I've been thinking about doing this do my '05 sedan. The current brakes seem to overheat easily, and I might switch to steel braded brake lines as well. That said, does doing such a modification require any ABS or T/C wizardry or recalibration?
Also, do the Centric rotors and Pads offer significant performance gains over stock?

Centric is the manufacturer of other "branded" parts, ie, Stoptech. As such can be ordered in different "flavors." See http://www.centricparts.com/ for the different versions.
I can't say one way or the other about Pads though as I've only used their rotors. I'm currently running Centric Hi-Carbon rotors with Carbotech "Bobcat" pads and SS lines.
Thank you!!!
I just completed this work over the weekend and wanted to thank everyone! Went great and I spent a lot of quality time with my daughter and her love her G35! Thank you all !! Gregg
I have a 2004 Coupe 6MT with Bembros. Any recommendations for rotors and pads to use? I do not use it on the track, so not interested in any recommendations for that.
I'm at 88K. Replaced the front pads at 45K with Satisfied Pro Ceramics (PR960-C) and the rears at 51K with PR961-C. I've been happy with them, but not sure they had quite as good a grip as what came with the car.
Thanks,
Rick

Could someone please comment on the initial bite and braking power the stoptech/centric or any other vendor provides? I have been running on oem for 11 years and am done. Once tried generic pads and rotors from a regional service chain but they sucked way bad - warped in one trip on NJ turnpike. I must have that oem feel from whatever replacements I come up with. Help
