Question about H & R springs with G35 Sedan

Hey guys, I was thinking about purchasing some H & R springs for my 2003 G35 sedan (Part # 53036).. I was wondering if the installation could be just a simple spring swap or if i would need to purchse new shocks and/or struts and such?.. All help is much appreciated.. Those with personal experience on the subject matter preferred. Thanks!

If the shocks have been on the car for a long time i would just swap them out. There is no use trying to use the OEM ones.
