Inner cam bolt spinning help please

What do you do if these inner cam bolts are spinning? One is spinning, therefore I can't get out the camber arm. Help. The bolt in red. It is spinning. No way to get behind it at all.

Are you talking about the nuts on the swaybar bracket you have circled in red? Those should come right off as the bolts are welded to the frame. If you're talking about the bolt in blue, you need to take off the swaybar to get it out.
It's not stripped. So what it is, is the other side is suppose to be welded to the frame. The previous owner installed the sway bar. Most likely he over torqued it. I'm just seeing if anyone has any ideas. I have a few people who say cut a line in it with a dremel. Them hold it with a screw driver and get it out. But my issue will be to get it back in.

Now I'm really confused, are the other side bolts stripped or the nuts? You've mentioned both. If it's the nuts use these: http://www.sears.com/hanson-5-piece-...1&blockType=G1
It's both. On the passenger side it was spinning. I had to hack it off. Noting I could do worked. Then on the drivers side both nuts are rounded. I'll buy that lockout kit. Someone ran into this on 350z forums. Though they never posted if it worked.
