Opinions on the best coilovers?

My car came with bilstein coilovers but they seem old and idk how much miles the previous owner put on them(got my car from a dealer).
So I feel like upgrading to either BC racings, tanabe, or tein basic coilovers, which one should it be?

Get the bilsteins rebuilt. affordable and great performance. everything else you listed is probably a huge downgrade.

other than bilstein? mca, jrz, moton, ohlins, penske, kw, koni, ast

If you replace your bilsteins with BC racing and think it is an upgrade, i will like tear my hair out in frustration. Why does everyone recommend bor-chuann and stance?

Bilsteins are one of the most common shocks used by people who track and people who actually care about their shock rates. So there are TONS of shops that rebuild them, change the rubber parts, change the oil, re-pressurize the nitrogen, and basically you have new shocks for a lot less than buying crap suspension.

My ride is already low, "stance" isnt a concern here lol, my bilstein coilovers seem very old though, i dont know how much miles was put on it from the previous owner, all i know is the struts and perches are all rusted, thats my concern with my bilstein coilovers.
Also I asked around my local shops and couldnt find any help, i even asked bilstein customer support itself and they said it would take no less than 3 months because they need to get the parts from germany or something like that lol

Stance in this context was the brand of coilovers: google is your friend, don't run from your friend

Your list is full of immense downgrades. Get your set rebuilt if they need it and just rock a stock setup for w/e the rebuild time is

Best is subjective.

You should layout what the "best" would be for you.

Such as slamming? Tracking? DD? Price?

These all come into play to find the right coils.

Instead of starting a thread, spend some quality time looking up reviews and the coilover list on this site. I referenced this list when I looked for coils for my Z.

If you have any questions after you've done some research, feel free to send me a PM

Hope this helps.
