gary c - I believe DBA rotors are only for cars with the Brembo package. The OP stated he did not have the Brembo package, but I think he does have Brembo rotors that fit his car currently installed.
If you'll check out our Marketplace under vendor brakes you'll find they make DBA rotors that fit both Brembo and Non-Brembo cars. Also, those of you that have had issues with HAWK HPS pads not gripping/noise like you want you didn't do the "Bed In" process. (Search) I wouldn't use anything else on SLICK!

Wish I could say that was the case, Gary, but alas I bedded them in per Hawk's instructions and it made no difference. There are plenty of folks who've had that experience on this and other cars. Also realize that you live in a warm climate so may not be familiar with the issues others face in colder temps and wet.

Funny enough I'm in the same boat here - I'm glad you guys mentioned the R1 performance site.

Anyone have any experience with the E-line OE rotors and the Centric Parts 100 pads? I don't drive quite as spirited as I used to, but the OEM parts seem overpriced for what you get. My front rotors have been warped since year 1, so it will be nice to reduce that vibration

I wouldn't say DBA rotors are the very best. They're good, but pricy for the performance they offer. I bought a set of DBA 5000 series and compared them to my current Girodisc setup and my Girodisc's were lighter by about 6-7lbs per rotor compared to DBA, about 10-11lbs when you compare them to the stock rotors.

As for OP, grab a set of centric/stoptech rotors and you'll be set. I recommend stoptech streetpads over hawk hps, as I've used both and melted the hawks in about two minutes.
