05 G35 Grinding Noise in Front

05 G35 Grinding Noise in Front
2005 G35 coupe with 14k mile and I have a grinding noise when braking.
Took it to the brake/tire shop and they said it could possible be the bearings. Took it to a mechanic and he says needs new front tires and could possibly be a rotor problem. Suggested we get new front tires before checking rotors. BACK to brake/tire shop and they say tires are fine.
Any ideas on what the issue might be? Warped rotor? Rotor resurface?
