solid bushing vs. polyurethane bushing

I have to replace numerous bushings and soon but trying to figure out which to go with. I know the solid bushing are going to be great for the track it's going to be a long time coming to that so I am thinking all polyurethane bushing. Like the full kit from energy suspension, should I mix them and do some solid and some polyurethane. What's the life span of a polyurethane bushing?

there is a ton of info on this subject, very recent info as well.
Search.

Quick summary of the info
Solid bushings squeak like a dying pig.
Poly bushings where poly comes in a contact with metal also suck
Poly bushings in cased in metal (whiteline) the best.

Nothing wrong with uncased poly bushings as long as they're greased WELL with SILICONE GREASE. Don't use lithium or any other crap.

I've had my Energy Poly's in for well over a year and have never heard one noise. They still sit perfectly and have no sign of warpage. Can't say enough about them.

Yeah same here with energy bushing in my 240 but I never used them for the subframe or diff. bushing so wondering if it run it the same way in the g35 as I did in the 240. I guess I am mostly curious what others are running for subframe and diff bushings.

Solid bushings will also result in a harsher ride compared to OEM.
