All across America every town has a independent brake/alignment shop that knows their job and does it well, you need to find yours! I suggest you don't go back to the shop that did your alignment, they're thieves. I'm not sure they did your alignment right since your car is still pulling to one side? A qualified shop would have known if you had suspension issues, which is the second thing they should check when doing alignment!
