BC-Racing Coilover

I'm having a big issue with a set of used coilovers I bought. I just installed them on monday and after basically maxing out the front and rear I decided it was too low for Daily driving and tried raising the car back up about in inch but the front drivers side is stuck. I am unable to adjust ride height because the shock itself is stuck on the lowest setting. The threads are maxed into the fork and I loosen the collar to be able to adjust it properly but I tried with all my strength and even had a buddy help me but it just wouldn't budge. Now I'm stuck and can't raise my car. I had the coilovers on my car for less than 24 hours and it got stuck already. Any advice on what I should do. Maybe take it to a shop and see if they could have any luck with it?

I believe I am. Loosen lower collar ring, then turn upper highest ring collar closest to spring and it should turn the whole shock. That's how it works on the side that isn't stuck but the side that is stuck won't budge.
